Volunteers Needed

I am in need of the following:
 
1. Chief Timer:  (Must have certification)
The Chief Timekeeper and assistant must maintain a constant check on the accuracy and efficiency of all the timekeepers.
 
2. Timers:  in need of 12 more please
 
3. Assistant Meet Manager/Assistant Chief Timer:  various duties
 
4. Stroke & Turn Judges: (certification needed)
 
5. Social Coordinator:
*to organize food and beverages during the time trial and ensuing Social afterwards
*to establish a sign up sheet for Otters to bring food/drinks
*to assign "runners" to deliver food and drinks to deck officials and coaches
 
Do you have a teenager in your life that needs to acquire volunteer hours?
Do you have friends/relatives who have helped out at summer swim meets that could help us out?
 
While some of these positions may seem ominous to you, they are actually quite easy.  Without the proper amount of officials and timers we will not be able to run the swim meet.  Please let me know as soon as possible if you are able to help out at the meet.
